Accessibility

Everyone should be able to use this site, including the parts that matter most: reading about the program and sending in an application.

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That covers color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and text that stays readable when enlarged.

Some specifics, because a general promise is easy to make: every page works without a mouse, the homebuyer application can be completed with a keyboard alone, the map is an optional extra rather than the only way to see where JCLT builds, and no information is conveyed by color alone.

Tell us about a barrier

If something here is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us and we will fix it. A member of the JCLT team will respond as soon as possible.

It helps to know what page you were on and what you were trying to do, but do not let a missing detail stop you from writing. Tell us what happened in your own words and we will work it out.

If you would rather not use the website at all

You do not have to. The homebuyer application can be completed with JCLT staff by phone or in person, by appointment, and nothing about your application is treated differently because of how it reached us. Call 904-483-9937 and ask.
