Staff leadership

Meet the staff members who lead JCLT's daily work, support homebuyers and homeowners, cultivate partnerships, and advance permanently affordable homeownership across Jacksonville.

Robin Pfalzgraf

Executive Director

Robin Pfalzgraf has more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience and has served as Executive Director of Jacksonville Community Land Trust since 2023. Her career has focused on building organizations, developing partnerships, expanding housing opportunities, and creating practical solutions that help families achieve stability and homeownership. Under her leadership, JCLT has grown its pipeline of permanently affordable homes, expanded public and private partnerships, and strengthened its role in Jacksonville's affordable housing community. Robin also served on Mayor Donna Deegan's Affordable Housing Transition Team and brings extensive experience in nonprofit management, housing, fundraising, community development, and organizational growth. Her work is driven by a simple goal: creating pathways to homeownership that remain affordable not just for today's family, but for generations of Jacksonville families to come.

Jessica Bowers

Office and Operations Coordinator

Jessica Bowers serves as JCLT's Office and Operations Coordinator, supporting the organization's day-to-day administrative functions and helping keep internal systems, schedules, records, and communications organized. She works closely with staff, applicants, homeowners, partners, and vendors to support efficient operations and a positive experience for those interacting with JCLT. Jessica also assists with calendar coordination, document management, Salesforce and office systems, and other administrative responsibilities that help JCLT carry out its mission of creating permanently affordable homeownership opportunities in Jacksonville.

Board of Directors

JCLT is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors whose professional expertise, community involvement and commitment to Jacksonville help guide the organization's mission and long-term stewardship.

Cyndy Trimmer

President

Cyndy Trimmer is an attorney and respected Jacksonville community leader with extensive experience in land use, zoning, real estate, development, and local government matters. She brings valuable legal and community development expertise to JCLT and serves as President of the Board of Directors.

Clayton King

Vice President

Clayton King is a Jacksonville business and community leader with experience in real estate, development, and neighborhood investment. He brings a strong understanding of development opportunities, partnerships, and community revitalization to JCLT and serves as Vice President of the Board.

Chris Crothers

Treasurer

Chris Crothers brings financial and business expertise to the JCLT Board and serves as Treasurer. His experience provides important financial oversight and guidance as JCLT expands its affordable homeownership and development activities.

Tom Daly

Secretary

Tom Daly serves as Secretary of the JCLT Board of Directors and brings professional and community leadership experience to the organization. He supports JCLT's commitment to strong governance, accountability, and sustainable growth.

Dori Walton

Board Member

Dori Walton is a longtime Jacksonville housing and community development professional with extensive experience in affordable housing, neighborhood revitalization, and community-based initiatives. Her knowledge of Jacksonville's neighborhoods and housing needs provides valuable perspective to JCLT's work.

Ann-Marie Knight

Board Member

Ann-Marie Knight is a Jacksonville community leader with extensive experience in healthcare, civic engagement, and organizational leadership. She brings a strong commitment to improving opportunities and quality of life for individuals and families throughout the community.

Jonathan Leysath

Board Member

Jonathan Leysath brings professional expertise and a commitment to strengthening Jacksonville communities to the JCLT Board. He supports the organization's work to expand sustainable and permanently affordable homeownership opportunities for local families.

Dr. Laureen Husband

Board Member

Dr. Laureen Husband is an experienced community and public health leader with a strong background in community engagement, partnerships, and improving outcomes for Jacksonville residents. She brings a valuable community-centered perspective to JCLT's mission and growth.

John Sapora

Board Member

John Sapora brings experience in community development, affordable housing, and neighborhood investment to the JCLT Board of Directors. His perspective strengthens JCLT's ability to build partnerships and expand permanently affordable homeownership opportunities throughout Jacksonville.
