One application. That is the whole ask.

This is the same application JCLT uses on paper, in seven short steps. Most questions are optional - answer what you can, and staff will follow up on the rest. You do not need to be fully ready to apply. Submitting starts the review process; it does not guarantee home selection, lender approval, or closing.

Check anything that applies. A checked item does not guarantee eligibility, and an unchecked item does not end the conversation - you do not need to be fully ready on day one.
